The Oswego Players holds limited numbers of tickets, and many of our activities sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your seat(s) to another patron. You may call us at 315-343-5138 between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
